To get started, simply write me your question or request the information you need. You can ask me anything related to municipal services, procedures or data that you find on our website.

You can address me as if you were talking to a friend. Use simple, natural language, the same as you would use to talk to a fellow citizen. For example, you can say things like: 'What do I have to do to register?', 'What are the requirements to obtain a license for potentially dangerous dogs?', 'What are the hours of operation at the registry office?' (or any other department), 'Give me the addresses of the libraries', 'Is there a museum in Alcorcón?', 'Do I have to make an appointment for any procedure?', etc.

You can also give me additional explanations to give context, although it is not necessary to go into that detail. For example, " I have a relative who has just arrived in Spain and is going to live with us and we don't know how to register him in our home.
