If you need to carry out any formalities in person at the administrative building, in order to avoid waiting times and protect public health, a Prior Appointment system has been set up, which is compulsory for all face-to-face formalities.

Important: If you are going to carry out several procedures, request a separate appointment for each of them.

We remind you that you can carry out many municipal procedures without having to travel:

• By using the citizen portal portalciudadano.ayto-alcorcon.es
• Through the electronic register (you do not need to travel to submit documents to the register, you can submit them from your home by accessing the electronic registration

Take advantage of the need to carry out any face-to-face procedure and apply for an electronic certificate if you do not have one. You will be able to use it to carry out procedures in multiple bodies. Remember that, once you have requested the certificate via the link on the council's website, you must book an appointment to come and identify yourself.

Evite desplazamientos y realice sus trámites OnLine

Puede realizar muchos trámites municipales sin desplazamientos a través de la Sede Electrónica del Ayuntamiento de Alcorcón, incluyendo certificados de empadronamiento y presentación de documentación en el registro (¡no es preciso desplazarse para presentar documentos en el registro del Ayuntamiento!).

El uso de la Sede Electrónica requiere disponer de Certificado Electrónico digital para identificarse. El Ayuntamiento de Alcorcón facilita Certificados Electrónicos digitales gratuitos para ciudadanos. Además de poder usarlos en la Sede Electrónica del ayuntamiento, podrá utilizarlo para gestiones en múltiples organismos.
