What is the Complaints, Suggestions and Claims Management Office?

This is the administrative unit of Alcorcón Town Council that receives and processes suggestions, complaints and thanks from citizens related to municipal services in our town.

The Office for the Management of Suggestions, Complaints and Acknowledgements is not responsible for managing the following areas: Sanctions, Omic, Personnel, Suppliers, Property Claims and Taxes. For these matters and all other information related to the Town Hall, you can call the following telephone number 916 64 81 00 (service 010).

¿Qué es la Oficina de Gestión de Quejas, Sugerencias y Reclamaciones?

Suggestions and/or complaints shall not, under any circumstances, be classified as administrative appeals or complaints, nor shall their presentation suspend or interrupt the deadlines established in the regulations in force.
Their presentation does not condition the exercise of the remaining actions or rights that, in accordance with the regulations governing each procedure, may be exercised by those who appear in it as interested parties.

Their presentation will not produce effects in administrative procedures with specific regulations, such as appeals, subsidies, authorisations, complaints, financial claims, economic claims and others.

Responses to suggestions, complaints and acknowledgements are not subject to appeal.

What are its functions?

  • Its mission is to provide a follow-up service until the citizen receives a definitive response to the issue raised, requesting a solution to said issue from the different departments.
  • To speed up the processing and response to any complaints, suggestions and claims made by citizens in relation to Municipal Services.
  • To draw up the relevant reports for the Suggestions and Complaints Follow-up Committee that include the issues raised by citizens, so that they can be used to improve the functioning of our Town Council.

  • Once completed and signed, it can be submitted by the following means:

    • By post or in person: At the Complaints, Suggestions and Claims Management Office itself.
    • At the Alcorcón Town Hall Registry: Plaza de los Reyes de España s/n.
