Functions
- To carry out all municipal public procurement of services, supplies and works, from the drafting of the administrative specifications to the formalisation of the contract.
- To keep the Contractor Profile up to date in order to ensure transparency and public access to information relating to the City Council's public contracting activity.
- To carry out the administrative monitoring of municipal contracts: extensions, modifications, price revisions, imposition of penalties, until completion, including the return of guarantees to successful bidders.

- Maintain the Contractor Profile up to date in order to ensure transparency and public access to information relating to the City Council's public contracting activity.
- To carry out the administrative monitoring of municipal contracts: extensions, modifications, price revisions, imposition of penalties, until their completion, including the return of guarantees to successful bidders.
- Provide the information and documentation that is subject to analysis and control by the Special Plenary Commission for the Oversight of Contracting, as provided for in the Municipal Organic Regulations.
- Comply with the legal requirements, among others, of communicating contractual data to the Public Sector Contracts Register and to the Chamber of Auditors in its audit function.
