Alcorcón School Olympics

The planned dates of celebration are from June 8 to 12, 2020 .

• Monday June 8 (10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.) – opening day.
• Tuesday June 9 (9:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.) – cadet category.
• Wednesday, June 10 (9:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.) – children's category.
• Thursday, June 11 (9:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.) – Junior category.
• Friday, June 12 (9:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.) – Benjamin category.

The celebration of the Olympics will take place in the Ciudad Deportiva Municipal Prado Santo Domingo .

The period in which all participants must be registered in the different tests and sports specialties ends on April 20.

In order to be registered, it is necessary to present the general registration form stamped by the center's management, and attach to it the student participation lists with all the information requested in them.

After the registration date, those registered will be checked against the Information sheet for the treatment of minors' data. It is an essential requirement that the minor data processing information signed in order to participate in the Olympiad.

Players may be added to the teams, as long as the maximum number of players set for each sport is not exceeded, up to 7 days before the start of the Olympiad. Always by duly notifying the organization and attaching the registration documentation required to the rest of the participants.

Without the information sheet for the treatment of minors' data, no registration will be given.

This procedure will be exceptional in any case.

Changes or new registrations may be requested until the registration deadline. Always under the premise of presenting all the required documentation to the rest of the participants and the necessary data.

Modifications or additional changes must be submitted by email addressed to comunicaciondeportes@ayto-alcorcon.es indicating in the subject NEW REGISTRATION OF PARTICIPANT or CHANGE and the name of the center.

Without the information sheet for the treatment of minors' data, no registration will be given.

A participant may only participate in either an individual event and a relay of the same sport, or a team sport and a single team.

Participants must wear sportswear. They may use, where appropriate, the accessories or protections appropriate to the sport in which they compete.

Students belonging to a team must be properly equipped. They must be identifiable by center, through uniformity in clothing. If they do not have this clothing, they must wear bibs that differentiate them from the rest of the teams.

It is allowed to make all the necessary changes to guarantee the participation of all the members of the team, the latter being an essential rule of the competition.

It implies the elimination and disqualification of the team, without the possibility of participating in the competition again.
