I LOVE DANCE

The sports programme of I LOVE DANCE ALCORCÓN is based on offering sports activities to the citizens of Alcorcón in an accessible way, offering the lowest prices and the best quality of its services so that the population has the opportunity to do different physical activities that are not directly related to sports that are already carried out by the different clubs of Alcorcón.

ACTIVITIES

• DANCE:
  • We offer dance activities in different styles (Funky, hihop, modern, urban, Latin rhythms, salsa, bachata, kizomba, zumba...) to a wide age range from 4 years old to 75 years old.
• PILATES:
  • A set of physical exercises in which muscles, flexibility, endurance and breathing and mind control are trained. It is a system of physical and mental training that combines dynamism and muscular strength with mental control, breathing and relaxation.
• YOGA:
  • Traditional spiritual, physical and mental discipline that originated in India. It connects body, breath and mind. It uses physical postures, breathing exercises and meditation to improve overall health.
• MAINTENANCE GYMNASTICS / TONING:
  • Performing exercises to strengthen and tone the body, improving the physical condition of the people who do them.
